On a cold winter evening, Jane and I had a cozy dinner with our neighbors, Grant and Tamara.
We started with a bagna cauda, radishes, and sourdough bread.
Sunchoke soup with Nantucket Bay Scallops and tarragon.
Jane grinds on some soup.

Fun with parsley oil. Need to pick up a small squeeze bottle--it would make this easier and tighter.
Arctic char, lentils de puy, broccoli rabe, wild mushrooms, parsley oil.
Salad of fennel, radicchio di treviso, arugula, nicoise olives, and winter citrus.
