dinner in venezia: casa tana di wolfgang and marie, 10/18/06
Sweet shrimp crudo with tomato, lemon, rosemary, and ligurian olive oil
Mom's black eggs
Quail eggs, veal foot, and thyme
Crispy pancetta with black salt chocolate and cayenne pepper
Branzino crudo, cachi (itallian persimmon), celery branch and celery water
Mackerel tartare with korean chili paste vinniagrette, radish and chive
Lettuce soup with shellfish
Orata with radicchio di treviso, and grapes
Red cooked pork with wilted arugula
Fennel and citrus salad with nicoise olives and mint
We ate gelato for dessert.
